The Pilates Studio at CVAC is equipped with Balanced Body Reformer Towers, Combo Chairs and a Private Studio space with Trapeze Table. Pilates Introductions: These 30-minute sessions will introduce clients to the Pilates Equipment, how to use them in a safe manner, and a few beginner sequences to work your abdominals and stretch out tight areas!
